Absolutely! Everyone with a pulse can benefit from therapy. It offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to share personal thoughts and feelings, while learning new ways to manage life difficulties. We will identify your goals and explore ways to reach them in therapy.

Most sessions are 50-55 minutes. 90 minute sessions are available upon request, which need to be scheduled in advance. Additional costs incur with longer sessions.

Accepted methods of payment include debit/credit cards, including healthcare debit cards. Your card will be kept on file for your convenience and processed at the time of each session.

In our first session, we'll have an open conversation to help us get to know each other. I’ll encourage you to share more about yourself and what has or hasn’t worked for your mental health in the past.

You’re welcome to ask about my experience or how future sessions will work. The main goal is to see if you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. If you do, we'll discuss scheduling future sessions.
